Emily Grinton
Emily is a Kinesiologist and Clinical Exercise Physiologist who is passionate about helping you move better, feel better and live better!
She is an athlete and a mom and knows how important it is to feel great so you can do all the things that you love.
Emily's fitness and kinesiology sessions are designed to help you prevent and recover from injury, improve strength and functional fitness, and have fun! Individual sessions can include a functional movement assessment, soft tissue release, neurokinetic therapy, facilitated stretching, manual muscle testing and exercise therapy to help you move better and feel better.
Emily works with high level athletes, the everyday athlete, postpartum moms and ICBC clients. She loves to educate and empower all of her clients because healing is a mind and body experience.
Emily also offer health and lifestyle coaching for individuals who want to improve their overall health and wellness. These 1-on-1 twelve week programs cover nutrition, mindset, movement and overall thought pattern changes to help you move forward in your health and life.
Outside of work, you might find Emily playing at the park with her daughter, skateboarding, snowboarding, biking, at the gym or playing hockey.
